How the society treats the LGBT community and how does their life looks like, do they have a freedom to choose, to fight prejudices, whether they are ready to open up about their sexual orientation, are they familiar with the laws that protect them and are the pride parades counterproductive – are just few of the issues which are addressed in this episode of “Vicinities”. Jelisaveta Blagojevic (Associate Professor at the Faculty for Media and Communications,Serbia), Gordan Duhacek (Gay activist and journalist,Croatia), Zlatiborka Momcinovic Popov (Associate of the Sarajevo Open Center, BiH) and Aleksandar Zekovic (President of the board of the LGBT Forum Progres, Montenegro) are the guests sharing their views on this current issue and the writer Renato Baretic gives the introduction to the discussion.
